Will I receive written after-care instructions after my pet's surgery?

Yes, you will receive comprehensive written instructions to guide you through your pet’s recovery. If you have any questions or concerns about your pet’s healing process, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

What if I have concerns about my pet's recovery outside of business hours?
If you have an urgent concern or emergency, simply call our number and follow the prompts to speak with a veterinary professional, free of charge.

How can I schedule an appointment?
You can conveniently schedule appointments by calling us (616)527-3320 or through our Pet Desk software.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT
We understand occasional missed appointments or cancellations can occur for a variety of reasons. However, when you do not call in advance to cancel your appointment, you may be preventing another pet from getting much needed treatment.

To honor the medical needs of other patients, we kindly ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Short-Notice cancellations or No-Call/No-Shows may be subject to a $25.00 fee per occurrence. Repeat cancellations may be subject to a deposit in order to reschedule.
