Cancellation Policy

We understand occasional missed appointments or cancellations can occur for a variety of reasons. However, when you do not call in advance to cancel your appointment, you may be preventing another pet from getting much needed treatment.

To honor the medical needs of other patients, we kindly ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Short-Notice cancellations or No-Call/No-Shows may be subject to a $25.00 fee per occurrence. Repeat cancellations may be subject to a deposit in order to reschedule.
